4. USER ACCOUNTS

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information
• Keep your login details secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Post abusive, hateful, defamatory, or illegal content
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Upload copyrighted material without permission
• Spam, scrape, hack, or disrupt the App
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform

Basically: don't be a clown. We're building a football community, not a courtroom drama.

6. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload.

However, by submitting content, you grant Dugout AI Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to:

• Host
• Display
• Reproduce
• Distribute
• Promote content within the App and related platforms

This licence ends when content is deleted, except where retention is required by law.

6.2 Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Remove content without notice
• Suspend or ban users
• Report illegal activity to authorities

We are not obligated to pre-moderate content.

7. AI FEATURES & AUTOMATION

INTHEDUGOUT may include AI-powered features (including chat, insights, automation, and analysis).

You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs may not always be accurate
• Content is provided for information and entertainment only
• You should not rely on AI outputs as professional advice

We accept no liability for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

8.1 Billing

Some features may require payment or subscription.

• Payments are handled by Apple App Store / Google Play
• We do not store payment details
• Pricing may change with notice

8.2 Cancellations

Subscriptions must be managed via your App Store account.

We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

9. ADVERTISING & SPONSORSHIP

The App may display:

• Advertisements
• Sponsored content
• Affiliate links

We are not responsible for third-party products or services advertised within the App.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights in the App, including:

• Logos
• Branding
• Code
• Design
• AI models

are owned by Dugout AI Ltd or licensed to us.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without permission.

11. AVAILABILITY & UPDATES

We aim to keep the App running smoothly but:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• Features may change, update, or be removed
• Maintenance and downtime may occur

We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

12. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Abuse the platform
• Engage in unlawful behaviour

You may stop using the App at any time.

13. DISCLAIMERS

The App is provided "as is" and "as available".

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy of content
• Availability of features
• Results or outcomes

Use the App at your own risk.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dugout AI Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where prohibited by law.
