How do I follow a club?
Go to My Dugout after logging in, then select 'Follow Clubs' to choose your favourite teams and receive updates.
How do I enable push notifications?
Visit the Notification Settings page from your account menu. You can choose which events to be notified about per club.
How do I upload a fan video or audio clip?
Head to the Fan Zone and select the relevant upload section. Content is reviewed by admins before being published.
I can't log in — what should I do?
Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. If the issue persists, email us at dugout@inthedugout.co.uk.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at dugout@inthedugout.co.uk with your request and we'll handle it promptly in line with our Privacy Policy.
App Issues
If you're experiencing issues with the mobile app, try the following:
- Force close and reopen the app
- Check you have the latest version installed
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection
- Uninstall and reinstall the app if problems persist
